Aco earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Integral Liberal Arts studies from St. Mary’s College in Moraga. He has completed extensive professional development coursework in recruiting, sales, and leadership bringing extensive client fulfillment and leadership experience.
Aco began his staffing career in 1997 as a staffing agent at a boutique talent firm specializing in the placement of high-tech software engineers for technology companies throughout the Bay Area. As a Director, Aco helped the organization expand its offerings in the full-time and contract staffing areas.
Aco believes strongly in providing customized solutions for each client, based on their unique needs – no two clients are alike. Because of his vision and hard work, the Mice Groups has realized consistent growth and more importantly, extremely high customer satisfaction.
A desire to realize the vision of a completely client-focused company led Aco to co-found The Mice Groups in 2000. He has led the company to be recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in Silicon Valley and the greater San Francisco Bay Area, as well as one of the top 5000 fastest-growing companies in the nation.
